Since then, we’ve been bringing more and more people to our 100% plant-based kitchen, proving that mindful eating has never been so delicious.

Leading this project are Fábio Paixão da Silva, Executive Chef, whose creativity and dedication to plant-based cuisine elevate every dish, and João Vieira Pereira, Operations Director, who ensures that every detail — from the kitchen to the service — reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and well-being.
