The Green Affair was born in the summer of 2018 with the purpose of democratizing veganism and showing that plant-based cuisine can be sophisticated, tasty, and accessible.
Since then, we’ve been bringing more and more people to our 100% plant-based kitchen, proving that mindful eating has never been so delicious.
We believe that true innovation is born from respect for nature. Each ingredient is carefully chosen and transformed into creative dishes that celebrate seasonal and sustainable flavors.

Our Team
Behind our plant-based kitchen is a team that shares the same passion: creating sustainable, flavorful, and innovative gastronomic experiences.
Leading this project are Fábio Paixão da Silva, Executive Chef, whose creativity and dedication to plant-based cuisine elevate every dish, and João Vieira Pereira, Operations Director, who ensures that every detail — from the kitchen to the service — reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and well-being.
Together, they lead with purpose, inspiring a new way of eating: more conscious, more natural, and always delicious.
